Puk number

Hi Ini, if your SIM is blocked and requesting for PUK, you need to contact MTN support to assist you with your PUK, they will ask you some security questions on the personal information you used to register your line to validate ownership.

However, if your SIM is not blocked, you just want to know your PUK, you can access your PUK via MyMTN app. When you logon to the app, click on the dropdown menu, select My Profile, you will see your PUK.
