I can’t login my mtn app

I just downloaded my mtn app. But anytime I click on it , it bounces back . I can't seem to login

I can't login with my email on mymtn...

I've been trying to log into my MTN app for the past week now and I haven't been able to login please fix this my number is 08146322863

When ever I tried to add my phone number to my MTN app it keeps telling me to try again later...
