Sorry, Sim swap by proxy is currently not available. You can welcome back your Sim while in Nigeria. In the meantime, you can activate the Keep My Number service on the line to avoid disconnection, that is if the line has been linked to your NIN.

How to activate Keep My Number
For the 1 year bundle @ N511, text KMN1 to 36500
For the 2 years bundle @ N819, text KMN2 to 36500
For the 3 years bundle @ N1228, text KMN3 to 36500

At the moment, you can activate Keep My Number to avoid disconnection, that is, if your number has been linked to your NIN.
