If you requested for your line to be blocked due to stolen phone issue, you can only unblock the line at any MTN shop closer to you.<br />If the line is blocked due to wrong PIN issue and requesting you to enter PUK, you need to contact MTN support to assist you with the PUK.<br />If the line is PUK blocked, it means that you have exhausted the 10 chances you have to enter your correct PUK, and the SIM is damaged, you will need to do SIM swap.<br />If you bar your incoming call, you can contact MTN support to assist you to unbar it.<br />You can contact MTN support via any of these channels:<br />1.
