How do I solve cannot send SMS issues?

I have sufficient airtime but my SMS has not been sent successfully, what could be wrong?

There could be issues with your message center number. Please ensure you have the correct message center number on your SMS settings. So go to;

1. Scroll to Message Menu

2. Tap on Message Settings

3. Select Text Messages

4. Tap on Message Centre Number

5. Type in the correct message Centre number +234803000000.
