Why do you autorenewal for people when they didn't request for it

Kindly cancel the autorenewal data subscription on my line and refund my money back.

Hi Olumide, MTN do not auto renew data for their customers if they do not request for it unless if they are having system issue.
They will give you option to choose One off or Recurrent purchase when you are activate the data, if you choose recurrent, the data will be on auto renewal
However, they can reverse the bundle for you if you have not used it, just contact their support unit, you will be assisted.
