I paid 20,000 Naira for 100gb data plan on my mifi on Aug 12, 2021 but till now, no data and no refund. MTN promised to refund me but till now, this hasn’t been done.
Hi Tunji, I know MTN do refund failed transactions, sometimes the delay may be from your bank, if your bank is your point of purchase, resolutions are always quicker when you contact them because they are the one that will credit your account.
