Miscalls alert

Hi Monday, MTN no longer have miscall alert service, but they have a service called instavoice.

InstaVoice (Voicemail) is a service that offers you the ability to receive voice messages from callers in case your phone is switched off, not reachable, busy or not answering.

You do not need to subscribe to the InstaVoice Service as all MTN customer’s lines are provisioned on the service hence you will not be required to send any code to subscribe and will not be charged for being on the Service.

 You can listen to your voicemails by dialing 400 from your phone whenever your phone is available.
 Receiving and listening to Voicemail is FREE i.e. when you receive an SMS notification you will not be charged for listening to the message. You will only be charged normal call rate when you SEND voice message.
 You can reply the InstaVoice anytime by following the voice prompt after listening to the message.
 InstaVoice messages can be forwarded to another mobile number by following the voice prompt after listening to the message.
 To stop receiving InstaVoice, kindly dial ##004# from your mobile phone for free.
