Pls when and at which time the sim update will be made available

Hi Abdulgaffar, MTN may not give you specific time when SIM update will be available, but I think that it could be a temporal system issue that may not last more than 24 hours, you can visit them again within the week, you will go through. Or you can contact MTN support to confirm if the issue has been resolved.
