Please the MTN sim I used to open my jamb is blocked suddenly two months ago when I went to MTN office they told me that the number have been sold out.so I tried to call the new user but the number is not reachable for the past few weeks and I want to access my jamb profile please how can you help me

Hi Samuel, MTN has a policy as directed by the regulatory body to recycle a line that is dormant for more than 365 days. You need to contact MTN support to confirm from them if the number is still available for you to activate back. If the number is no longer available, you may need to contact jamb for profile update.

I was browsing yesterday July 17 around 10pm then it stopped browsing automatically then I tried checking the acct bal 310 it wasn’t working so I continued trying it until showed me that my sim has been temporarily blocked, how? I don’t understand
