I am having an error subscribing to Data Always On plan, please any suggestions?
I have used the sms code 163 to 131 I still get an error
Hi Adewale, if you have sufficient balance on your line and you are still getting the error message, you can try using MyMTN app or the USSD code to activate the bundle.
45GB Monthly (1.5GB Daily Data Allowance credited every 12midnight) cost N6000 valid for 30 days. To activate, text 163 to 131 or dial *131*163#. To optin for auto renewal text R163, to opt out text NO163 to 131.
If the issue persist, you need to contact MTN support for assistant.
