Why is facebook not sending me my log in password

Hi Kwoopnaan, check if your message box is filled up, you can delete unwanted messages, if the issue persist, you need to check if you have active Do Not Disturb (DND) service.
To deactivate Do Not Disturb (DND) service, kindly text HELP to 2442, you will receive a pop up with options either to choose full or partial deactivation. For full deactivation, text ALLOW to 2442.
After that, you will start receiving third party messages after 24 hours.
