MTN keep my number service

I want to subscribe for MTN keep my number service but what I get is that' "Number does not exist in Sim Registration System". What do I do please?

Hi Osita, currently, if you have not linked your NIN to your line, you will not be able to activate MTN Keep My Number service. If your NIN has been successfully verified; then, it must be an issue. You need to contact MTN support for more investigation and resolution in case if your line is not properly registered.
