Cellular network not available

Hi Nkiru, you can power off and power on your phone and choose any of the MTN preferred roaming networks in Canada, your phone may automatically select a network, if not, you can do a manual search to connect to the preferred roaming partners. The MTN preferred roaming partners in Canada are Vodafone, Telus, Bell or Sasktel

To manually search for the preferred network provider.
• From ‘Settings’, click ‘More’
• Select ‘Mobile network’
• Select ‘Network operators’
• Select MTN SIM(either SIM1 or SIM2 as applicable)
• Click on ‘Search network’
• Select the preferred network provider from the list displayed on the device.
