Hi Sodiq, check if you have active Do Not Disturb (DND) service on your line. With Active DND, you will not be able to receive third party messages.
To deactivate Do Not Disturb (DND) service, kindly text HELP to 2442, you will receive a pop up with options either to choose full or partial deactivation. For full deactivation, text ALLOW to 2442.
