Hi Julius. sometimes when your data balance is low and you are on facebook, the facebook app may cross sell MTN XtraByte for you to borrow and continue your browsing, if you accept, the XtraByte will be credited on your line and your main account will be debited. But if you never did such, you need to contact MTN support for checks and resolution. They can reverse the bundle if the XtraByte is not in use.
