I was debited for a transaction and my mom account is not credited

I am a MoMo agent, I load my MoMo wallet, my bank account was debited but my MoMo account was not credited.

MoMo number: 08135136992.
Bank name: Gtb.
Amount: #250,000
Date and time: 17/11/2021.. 04:22pm.

Hi Oluwole, you need to contact your bank or MTN momo support for assistant
You can contact them with the details of the transaction like: Phone number, amount, date and time of the transaction, transaction reference number and Bank name.
You can dial 182 to contact MTN MoMo support
