Hi Yusuf, It may likely be a system issue, you need to be patient and try it again later.
If the issue persist, you need to take the device to any MTN office closer to you so that their IT staff can look into it.
You can dial *123*7*1# to get information on the location of any of their shop closer to you.
When you dial the code, you will be required to enter your State, then your Local Government Area, you will receive SMS on the nearest MTN office address in your location, or you can use this link: https://www.mtnonline.com/personal/find-a-store/

Hi Yusuf, it may be a temporarily system issue, try it again later in next 2 hours, if the issue persist after 24 hours, you need to visit any MTN shop closer to you, the IT staff in the office will assist you.
