I have made a mistake during buying an airtime from my bank account

Hi Musa, what is the nature of the mistake you made?
If you mistakenly recharged a wrong number, you can contact MTN support with the details of the transaction like reference number, bank name, date and the amount, they will move the airtime to your own line if the wrong number has not used it.

If you mistakenly recharged a wrong amount, and the amount is up to N20,000 and above, you can contact your bank with the details of the transaction, your bank will contact MTN for the airtime to be reversed. If the wrong amount is below N20,000, you can use MTN share service to sell the airtime to your family and friends.
