I didn't got the 750(1.5gb)data I subscribed

I subscribed 750 (1.5gb) on Sunday evening,normally when I subscribed it will show that I have so so amount in my data account or if I check my data balance I will see my balance but in these case it was different,I checked my balance It was zero after deducting the amount for the subscription(the money just varnished)and on Monday night before I received message that my data has finished and expired,that was why I was worried and bothered when I received that same message after subscribing that 1500(6gb) yesterday.receiving another message that it will expired on 2021-12-02.

Hi Ifeanyi, you may not be able to see all the data bundle balances on MyMTN app, but when you dial *131*4#, you will be able to see all your data balances in case if you activated a combo bundle.
The 6GB for N1500 is a weekly bundle, there may be a mix up. the expiry date message you received may be on your previous data plan. You need to contact MTN support for checks on their system.
