Hi Daisy, if your NIN is not linking to your line, it could be that the information you used to register your line is not exactly the same with that of your NIN. You may need to do SIM registration update to correct any difference before your NIN will be successfully linked.
However, you need to contact MTN support for them to check your line for you to know what you need to do.
you can dial *785*NIN# to link your NIN to your line or you can use MyMTN app.
