Is it a crime to choose MTN

Gm, if MTN didn't rectify my issue today, I will be force to take all available means to seek justice. As at 30th of November, I have a personal balance of 2400,on December one they credited my post paid account with 5,000. I o my purchase 3,500 data from it. MTN remove the balance without any SMS with my previous balance on .y personal account . on the 2nd of December , I have another 1,200 again on my personal account. That was also removed. Again yesterday, #500 was deducted again, how come on will MTN claimed that am owing them.......have been calling since Saturday to rectify this. Its a shame that a corporate organization can involve is sharp practises.....
