I can't make international calls since 2days and I have 143mins left. Help!!!

Please I have 143mins left in my International Bundle and I can't call with it for 2days now... I've been trying to call a US number and I'm getting an error message that says"Your account balance is low... we'll send a beep to this number for you" whereas I have airtime... please help me
