E-Sim activation

I have been trying to get my MTN E-Sim activated for over 6 months now. I have spoken to over 4 MTN Branches and numerous customer service reps but none of them has sent me my QR code. I am very frustrated at this point with the poor service and lack of help. Is there anyone that can help me with my issue?
