Hi Ridwan, if you are using the same link you have used to play the trivia before, you will be getting the response that you have played, you need to generate a new link from Zigi. Just chat with Zigi, select to play the trivia, a new link will be generated for you to use.

Same here. It's a month now I'm unable to play too. The issue is undergoing investigations and will be resolved in due time. Please exercise patient .
