Can MTN refund money after the money has been paid for data subscription

Hi Bolaji, MTN do refund when you erroneously activate a bundle, if the money is below N20,000, they will credit it as airtime in your line to enable you use MTN share to sell it to family and friends; however, if it is N20,000 and above, you can request for reversal to your bank account but you have to make the request through your bank.
Reversal can only be done if the bundle is not in use.
