How to unblock a sim

Hi Kerry-Ann, if the SIM is PIN blocked and requesting for PUK, if you do not have your SIM pack, you can contact MTN support to assist you with your PUK.
But if the SIM is PUK blocked, it means that you have exhausted the 10 chances you have to enter your correct PUK, the SIM is now damaged, you need to do SIM swap
