Please I'm no longer getting the MTN data4me bundle messages can anything be done to rectify the issue

I haven't gotten the message since the beginning of this year and I haven't been given the 24gb for #3500 data bundle since the beginning of this year

Hi Maryam, you may not be getting the MTN Data4Me messages on your line all the time; however, you can dial *121# and follow the response to check if you have Data4Me offers on your line.
MTN4ME offers are not constant but changes from time to time, that is, the offer available today may not be the offer available for you the next period.
