The issue of my momo money av not resolved

Pls sir , what is now delay my resolving of my money since as been calling and chatting with u for the 3 months, and one of my neighbor has the same issue for the pass 2 weeks and they av resolved and return it to her wallet today. Pls what is now delay my own for the pass 3 months. Pls let then return my money I av tried enough. Thanks.
