Mistake was made during transaction intended for data purchase on 07066602641. #15000 was selected instead of #1500 from First bank, so this resulted in the purchase of #15000 data
First bank customer care was called and they said they couldn't do anything. We should resort to the service provider.
I need reversal of the data to Money
It is money meant for payment of school fees by a single mum. So that the daughter can take her exams hitchfree

Hi Chinemerem, MTN only reverses excess recharge to bank account that is from N20000 and above; however, if you have not used the data, you can contact MTN support for them to convert the data to airtime for you, you can now use MTN share to sell the airtime to your family and friends to recoup your money.
