How to unbarred my mtn number using my nin

My line was barred from making calls and also receiving calls and sms because it was not link to nin,now that i have done the nin have been trying to link it but the otp code to confirm it that i can’t receive bcs of the sms i was barred from receiving,what should i do ?

Send NIN in capital leters with your Nin number as a text msg to 785, that should link it, if it dosnt it just either means your NiN isn't validated cos it takes 3months for your nin to be validated, but if its been validated, and still not linked, it just means the name on your MTN sim card isn't the same thing with your NIN so it won't be link, then u hv to go do a reregistration, to change your number to the one on your nin.
