I subscribe for the eco Lumos machine monthly plan since 30/06/2022.The subscription payment is not reflecting on the machine uptil now.They machine as cut off their light since 1:00am this morning.I paid #7,200:00 as my monthly plan subscription charges but am not enjoying what I paid for.I have been complaining to the customer service since 30/06/2022 at about 4:00pm of that day but nothing as been done about this abnormalities from your side.They say customer always right.
