To retrieve your call log, visit the MyMTN website.
Sign in with the MTN phone number(an OTP would be sent to your registered alternative phone number or registered email to ensure that you are the legal owner of that number.)
Click on the hamburger drop down menu option at the top right corner.
Select "History"
Then select the "Call" option.
Select the date range(maximum is 7 days).
Your account's Call history will be displayed and you can save it to your device.
You can visit the website by following this link: https://mymtn.com.ng/accounthistory/history/call
Please note that if you did not register an alternative phone number or email, you will not get the OTP.
