My mtn line is not sending international messages

My mtn line 08134842014 is not sending out text messages

My MTN line is. 08035232441, I can't make calls or received SMS on my line in USA.

i know its niot my NIN cause i've done that a couple months ago, and network comes onn sometimes whenever there is network issues in my area, and then stops working later...

I can’t make calls nor send messages with my MTN line. I only receive calls.
