Hi Kundumuram, sorry about your Sim challenge as well as your lost Sim pack. I do not think MTN would be providing your PUk here for security reasons. Simply contact them via any of their channels (https://www.mtn.ng/contact-us/) and you would be asked some security questions on usage and Sim registration details. Once you are able to prove ownership of the Sim, MTN would give you your PUK.
