PUK retrieval

Hi , please help, I had just arrived UK today the 18th Sept 2022, I had swapped my sim from my iPhone into my Samsung phone, unfortunately, I had enter the Samsung phone unlock 3 times not realising it was requesting for SIM PIn, now I am locked out, please help
