I bought airtime from my bank account and it was debited but I didn't saw the airtime yet

I bought airtime from my bank account and it was debited but I didn't saw the airtime yet

I purchased airtime of 500 naira from my bank account, today the 17th of April 2024 , I was debited but I did not receive it. I got a prompt that it was successful with other two option main menu and purchase data. Since I saw successful, I cancelled. Please help
