my sims was stolen , how do i block the sim cards. the nos are 08036289040 and 08103774915

my phone was stolen this morning. it contains my two sim cards- 08036289040 and 08103774915. i want these lines block for security reasons. three nos i regularly call are 0806633130, 08031108137 and 08039427959. Thank you
