How do I get my PUK code from another Sim card. My Sim is blocked and the number is 09130793443

My MTN Sim card is blocked and asking for the PUK. I misplaced the Sim pack so getting from there is virtually impossible. Pls help me recover it my number is 09130793443. Regards.
