How to migrate to momo tier 2 apart from updating BVN?

On 19/11/2022, I sent the sum of NGN76896 using momo agent POS machine because I am an agent with the following details:
Agent ID: 1121170160
Attendant ID: 111276500
Wallet number: 2066270269.
However, the customer did not yet received the money. He received the following message instead:
Access Bank failed to send 76896.00 NGN to your account (FRI:8022656/MM). You could not receive it because maximum allowed per transaction is 50000 NGN. The time was 2022-11-19 21:15:31. Financial Transaction Id: 1067256154. External Transaction Id: 110027221119211515563695381984.
He updated his BVN several times but still money not landed. I have been complaining to my aggregator but not done yet
