Hi Joyce, If you have the original SIM pack you used to purchase the line, you can visit any MTN Main office closer to you, they will check your line and your usage, if they are convinced that the line belongs to you, they will ask you to bring a court affidavit before they will register the SIM in your name and do the SIM swap for you.
