I wish to know what to do in a situation where I supplied my MTN PUK and it is not unlocking

I wish to know what to do in a situation where I supplied my correct PUK code to open my locked MTN line but the operation refuse to accept it despite it is the correct PUK code attached to my MTN line at inception , rather it keeps saying wrong PUK code.
Pls what can I do
