I made a transaction of 9000 from my firstbank account too my opay account but it as not drop but am been debited

Pls i need ur help,I made a transaction of #9000 from my firstbank account too my opay account today in the afternoon but up till now the money as not really on my Opay account but they have debited me on my firstbank account.
