MTN 5G - How do I get 5G working on my 5G device?

I got a Samsung m33 5g. I'm in the 5G coverage but can't seem to get 5G network. Any suggestions? I've tried everything suggested on the MTN website and nothing.

Had a chat with MTN on Twitter.Turns out there are select devices that will get it for now. They should just let people go to MTN centers with any 5G device to get it. (something like this).
