How can I remove the sim that is linked to my NIN

Serious activities is going on with my sim, I can no longer recharge and make call with it, as soon as I recharged or borrow money, I will be receiving messages and calls notification, I have more than 20 international numbers that are using my sim, please I want to remove my NIN from my sim,
WhatsApp has blocked me that my line is going against the rules. Someone is using my sim
