I can't make calls or receive calls from anyone but I text and use data

I can't make calls pr send text messages with my line even when I have airtime but I recieve messages

I can't use my mtn to do anything data isn't working can't make or receive call ,is kinda useless in my phone my subscription is about to expire I can't make use of it isn't funny
