Why does my app keep signing me out

I don't understand

I recharge airtime of N2,000.00 via myMTN App on 10/09/2024 using Bank Transfer Method of Payment. Transfer was successful but value was not credited to my line 08034502750

Once I click it , it doesn’t open unlike before when it does . It just started today
