Can my both sim in my name share same data?

I bought another sim in my name and I was able to link it to my sim, it started working since 3 days ago with my old sim data because I do buy bundle data on it, but today it suddenly stopped and said data has exhausted on it I really don’t understand please someone explain to me or help me fix it
