How do I get the airtime top up that my bank said that went through but wasn't received?

I did an airtime top up from my MTN line 08169975517 that's connected with my Access Bank account using the USSD code to my other MTN number 09131671542 at this time 10:04 December 25th. The transaction details is stated below;

Desc:099MJKL2335973Ut/AIRTIME TOPUP FOR +2349131671542
Time:25/12/2023

After 24 hours I didn't get a refund from my bank. Issued a complaint report to my bank they made the check and reported that it went through and I should contact my service provider.

Till now I've gotten no airtime for a top up I requested for.
