My sim is not getting renewed after visting the MTN head offce, Falomo

I came to Lagos at 7th Oct,23, Bought a new MTN Sim from the MTN head office,Lagos with respect to VISA details I have got the sim for 3 months service and then I need to renew after the VISA got extended. I have visited the Head Office again to renew my Sim the customer Service women I do not know her name serving the desk has done the needful and told me that It will be re-activated in less than 10 mins but my Sim is still not Active and I am worried about that.
